I-VAL (Equity)

This product seeks to provide credit support to subscribers that are unable to make equity contribution of 30%-50% towards the purchase of their desired houses. Under this product, TrustBond would provide loan administration services to developers for collection of outstanding equity contribution over a period of one year or period agreed in equal monthly installments and credited to developers’ account. The pricing structure to charge the subscribers would be agreed between the developer and TrustBond on the portion of equity contribution outstanding.

I-VAL (Mortgage)

I VAL Mortgage seeks to address the payment of outstanding balance from subscribers through a convenient repayment plan at attractive mortgage interest rate. Under this product, mortgages would be created for subscribers at interest rate to be agreed between developer and TrustBond over an agreed period of time to encourage affordability. Monthly loan repayment is made by mortgagor and same is credited to developers account, after deduction of loan administration cost by TrustBond. The mortgage loan would be subsequently refinanced at Nigeria Mortgage Refinancing Company (NMRC) by TrustBond after seasoning period and bulk payment is made to developer upon receipt of proceeds of refinancing from NMRC. The pricing structure of the I-VAL mortgages will be agreed upon.
